Q: If a user gets deactivated, what will happen to the callbacks and events assigned to him/her?
A: The following features are linked to a user's logon:
- Saved Searches
- Personal Dashboard
- User Settings
In the event that a user is deleted/deactivated, their assigned callbacks/tasks will no longer show on the Group Calendar - but they remain on the system and accessible from the Callback Reports and Record page.
Here's how to make a mapped custom form field hidden on the HTML Form:
1. From the Main Admin Page > Go to the Custom Forms/Web Forms/Quotes Section > Create and Map HTML Forms to Custom Forms
2. Open/Edit your existing Web Form Template
3. Add the following css property to the mapped field you wish to hide - style="display: none;"

If you are mapping fields on the Flex Form to the record that you don't want to show (for example Campaign or Lead Source) you can't use Profile Fields, and just mapping the flex form fields isn't enough, you are going to need to add those fields as hidden fields on the HTML Smart Form in order for the mapping to work.
To be able to add a "Source" or "From" email address in LeadMaster's E-Marketing, users are required to authorize and verify their email addresses first. They can do this by going to the Main Admin page > Marketing / Email / Lead Nurturing Campaigns section > Email Address Verification.
Why don't I see all the verified email addresses in the list of "From" Email Addresses on the E-Marketing page? Here's why:
Only verified Workgroup Emails will show to all users as "Sender" Email Address when sending Email Campaigns from LeadMaster. Those are emails added and verified from the Email Address Verification page:
On the other hand, verified Personal Emails will only be visible to the owners and logged in users. Those are emails added and verified while sending bulk emails from the Accounts/Contacts List and Search Result page.
1.) I can't see the text in the Lead-Xtreme Message Ticker, how do I fix this?

2.) It seems like Lead-Xtreme is not capturing 100% of website visitors, as there is a discrepancy between Lead-Xtreme search data and the email notifications I've received, even though I've double-checked to ensure that the Lead-Xtreme Code-Snippet has been successfully installed on all relevant webpages.
There will always be some discrepancy, and there are multiple factors at work.
Firstly, the email may have contained visitors that were either duplicates of previous visitors and so wouldn't show up as new, or could have been ISPs that don’t get entered into the system.
Secondly, not every visitor is in the database that provides information about your visitors - so you could have a visitor, but if there’s no information about that visitor, then there’s nothing to put into the database.
3.) Is there a way to have our leads from Lead-Xtreme entered as a specific campaign, so we can track how many leads/sales we are getting from it?
Yes, a new Marketing Campaign can be created, labeled something such as "Lead-Xtreme", and then configured so that all Lead-Xtreme future leads are assigned to that campaign.
Q: Why am I not getting the pop up window to send email notification when creating callbacks/events?
A: The option to send notification for added or updated events must be checked for the user. From User's Account Settings page > Calendars and Callbacks Tab > Look for "Prompt to send email notification for added or updated" option.
We are trying to enable the option for global users to be able to mass delete callbacks and events. They have mass update privileges and delete appointment abilities but they still don't have that option from the Callbacks and Events Report page.
The application does not currently provide the functionality to allow other user types to do a mass deletion of callbacks and events. Only the Administrator user type can perform a mass-delete of events from the Callbacks Report page.

Setup ZIP logic
Setting up ZIP logic is a prerequisite for ZIP assignments in order for the workflow to manage assignment of records. This can be found under Main Admin Menu, then under Automated Record Assignments, select ZIP Assignments.
1. Add logic
i. Logic name > Submit
ii. Select the Logic, then click GO

LeadMaster has a feature to display the Charts on how long a record has been set on a specified status for both the Sales Stage and Lead Status directly from inside the record itself. (Only available in APP4)
Why am I getting different results when doing a Company Quick Search vs Check for Match?
The Quick Search works the same as Record Search while the Find Match or Check for Match works the same as Contact Search.
When you do a Record and Quick search for a Company with multiple Contacts - it will return 1 Record only:
When you do a Check for Match or Contact Search - it will return the number of Contacts associated with that Company:
