How does LeadMaster know when an email has been opened.

In order for the LeadMaster application to register that an email has been opened it requires the email to pull an image from a LeadMaster server.

LeadMaster uses an invisible image - when the image is rendered then LeadMaster will know the email has been opened. 

Note:  If image rendering is turned off on the email client then LeadMaster will NOT
 register the email as opened.

  1. If you view the email in email history it does not register as an open.
  2. If you view the email in the admin / email log it does not register as an open.
