DialPad settings for Click-to-Call

 Here's how to configure DialPad for LeadMaster Click-to-Call:
1. Configure the Workgroup Settings:
  • Go to Admin > Click Manage Workgroup > Select Database > click Edit on Workgroup
  • Open section 'Automation, Calendar, Charts, Phone
  • Set the Phone Number Hyperlink > Disabled
  • Set the Phone Number Hyperlink Provider > Blank
  • Click SUBMIT

2. Configure the User Settings:
  • My Account > Account Settings > User Information
  • Select Phone Number Hyperlink Provider > Select 'Blank'
  • Click SUBMIT

3. Logout and Log back in.
