LeadMaster CRMTool Plugin for Outlook cannot be installed on Office 365

If you’re having trouble installing the original Outlook CRMTool Addin on Office365, try the solutions provided below:

  1. Find out if the outlook app is locally installed to your computer or if you are using the cloud version. Please note that the CRM sync extension only works with installed version of Office365. If you are using the cloud version of Office365 then it won’t work.
  2. If number 1 does not work, try running the compatibility troubleshooter.
  3. Uninstall your outlook app and restart your computer.
  4. Login to your Office 365 account and start the installation process.
  5. Once you completed the installation process, you can install the CRM sync extension
  6. When the add-in is installed, go to File > Manage Add-ins or Manage Apps to make sure it's turned on.
  7.  When you’re prompted to sign in, type the email address and password you use to sign in to Office programs.
  8. Click Sync
  9.  Login to your Leadmaster app and make an appointment
  10.  Go back to your outlook calendar and click Sync again and check if the event shows up in your calendar.
